FPX CCA (Credit Card Account) lets your customers pay via online banking using their credit card facilities, without entering card details. This guide shows you how to activate FPX CCA for your Billplz account.

FPX CCA is different from direct card payments. When a customer selects FPX CCA, they log into their internet banking and pay from their credit card account: the bank handles the transaction like a bank transfer.

Before you begin

You'll need:

  • An activated Billplz account with Enterprise Membership
  • Organization owner permissions

Step 1: Verify your membership plan

Click the dropdown button next to your Credit Balance at the top of the dashboard and confirm you have Enterprise active. FPX CCA is only available on this plan.

Step 2: Email the Billplz team

Send an email to team@billplz.com with the subject line "Activate FPX CCA" and include:

  • Your organization name
  • Your registered email address
  • Confirmation that you have Enterprise (Real-time) Membership

Step 3: Wait for confirmation

The Billplz team will activate FPX CCA for your account within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's ready.

Step 4: Verify FPX CCA is active

Go to Settings > Payment Methods and check that FPX CCA appears in your enabled payment methods list.

How customers pay with FPX CCA

Once activated, customers who have credit facilities with their bank will see both CASA (Current Account/Savings Account) and CCA (Credit Card Account) options when they log into internet banking to complete payment.

Your customers:

  • Select Online Banking / Local Credit Card on the Bill Page
  • Log into their internet banking
  • Choose their CCA account (if they have credit facilities)
  • Complete the payment

The transaction appears to them as a bank transfer, but draws from their credit card facility.
