View your credit statement
Updated 2 weeks ago
Your credit statement shows all credit-related transactions including transaction fees, credit reloads, automatic reloads, and subscription charges. You can download the statement from your dashboard and cross-reference it with your collections and payouts for reconciliation.
Step 1: Download your account statement
Go to Dashboard > select your date range > click Generate Excel under Account Statement.
The system generates an Excel report containing three tabs: Collection, Payment Order, and Credit. You'll receive an email when the report is ready, or you can scroll down to Downloads History and download it directly from there.

Step 2: Open the Credit tab
Open the downloaded Excel file and navigate to the Credit tab.
This tab shows all credit transactions including transaction fees deducted, manual reloads, automatic reloads, and subscription/membership charges.

Step 3: Match Bill IDs for reconciliation
Each entry in the Credit tab contains a Bill ID. Cross-reference these Bill IDs with the Collections tab to trace which payments triggered specific credit deductions.
For credit reload entries, the Bill ID corresponds to the reload invoice (see below for how to access reload invoices).

Trace credit reload invoices
Credit reload transactions (both manual and automatic) generate an invoice. You can access this invoice using the Bill ID from your Credit statement.
- Copy the Bill ID from the Credit tab
- Go to
billplz.com/bills/{bill ID}(replace {bill ID} with the copied Bill ID) - If the bill has expired, enter your organization email to retrieve it
The invoice shows the reload amount, date, and payment method used.
